Digital Download Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and downloading a digital photograph from KatElizabeth Photography ("the Photographer"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Purchase Price

Each digital photograph is supplied as a high-resolution digital download for AUD $10.00.

Personal Use Licence

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the image for personal use only. Personal use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Printing for your home or personal display.

  • Using the image as a desktop or mobile wallpaper.

  • Sharing the image with family and friends.

  • Posting the image on your personal social media accounts.

  • Attribution

If you share the photograph online or via social media, you agree to acknowledge the photographer by including a link or reference to:

Attribution is appreciated whenever reasonably possible.

Commercial Use

This licence does not permit commercial use of any kind.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Advertising or marketing.

  • Business websites.

  • Merchandise or products for sale.

  • Publications.

  • Promotional material.

  • Resale or redistribution.

  • Use by organisations, businesses, or government agencies.

Copyright

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of KatElizabeth Photography.

Purchasing a digital download does not transfer ownership or copyright of the image.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Rebrand, claim ownership of, or represent the image as your own work.

  • Remove or alter any copyright information where applicable.

  • Sell, licence, gift, or redistribute the digital file.

  • Upload the original file to stock image websites or image-sharing platforms intended for redistribution.

  • Use the image to create logos, trademarks, AI training datasets, NFTs, or other derivative commercial products without written permission.

  • Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided once the file has been downloaded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
